Garage Sale
You can start cleaning out your garage and attic
because it's time for
The Swedish Club Garage Sale
to help raise money for the Swedish Club General Fund
which subsidizes club events throughout the year.
November 21, 1998 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM
3000 Weslayan at corner of West Alabama
We need your help. We need items for
the sale. Anything goes: furniture,
clothing, toys, tools, etc.
In addition to the salable items, we need display tables,
and volunteers for item pickups and for helping on the day
of the sale.
The club will provide a pickup service for sale items from
Sunday Nov. 15 through Friday Nov. 20. If you would like to
donate some items, or if you can help on the day of the sale

Christmas Traditions
Please join us in celebrating
The Swedish Club Annual Christmas Traditions
featuring Lucia and her Procession
on Saturday December 12, 1998
at Grace Lutheran Church, 2515 Waugh Dr., Houston.
The program is from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM, and includes:
children's dances around the tree, folk dancing, light refreshments,
a bazzar, raffle, and music by Peter and Mario.
